Maplebrook Stracciatella

Stracciatella, also known as the “goodness inside Burrata,” is made by soaking hand-pulled strands of mozzarella in cream overnight. A unique substitution for traditional Mozzarella, Stracciatella is the perfect addition to any summer cheese platter. Especially good with summer fruits!
