About Us
We’re a shop with heart, excited about serving the Culpeper community and surrounding area again. We initially opened in 2007 on Davis Street and are now continuing the next chapter of our journey on Main Street. We aim to empower, elevate, and educate about goods often described as gourmet, striving to make quality food and drink part of the everyday experience of an American, obviously with a focus on cheese. Our team is full of passion to help that dream come true, each bringing their own expertise and personality to our family.
About You
You care about food and people! Our primary goal is to connect people with stories and experiences so we’re looking for someone with passion for doing the same. You are organized, motivated, and detail-oriented, but are ok when things get a little messy. You like to have fun but know how to get work done. You are excited to learn and become an integral part of our developing business and help us bring the vision to life, hopefully adding your own flair as we go!
Open Positions
General Manager
We’re looking for a full-time general manager to run the store’s day-to-day operations. From scheduling to ordering to merchandising to helping us establish best practices, we’re hoping you want to be part of bringing cheese to the Culpeper community and beyond!
Sales Associate
We’re also looking for a part-time sales associate to join our team! This role would receive training in our kitchen operations to help us with food orders, general customer service, and retail responsibilities.
