Maplebrook Farm Burrata

Made exactly as they do in Puglia, Maplebrook Farms burrata replicates the old-world fashion by stretching curds into mozzarella and filling it with a luscious creamy center. The soft center, stracciatella, is comprised of cream and strands of mozzarella that give this cheese a distinct flavor.
